Summer concerts in the City of Ships just got even better.
Free, live, outdoor music in historic downtown Bath is a beloved summer tradition. Tuesday and Friday evening concerts run June through September in lovely Library Park. On Saturday evenings in July and August, folks of all ages snag a spot on the lawn in Waterfront Park to dance, relax, and listen to music of many different genres brought to you by the Chocolate Church Arts Center and Main Street Bath.
This year, thanks to new support from the Levitt Family Foundation, the summer waterfront concerts have a new name - the Levitt AMP Bath Waterfront Music Series - and even more momentum. A multi-year Levitt Music Series matching grant will help to bring an even wider variety of talented artists to this corner of New England. Levitt AMP Bath concerts are still FREE and open to everyone.

Free, live, outdoor music in Bath, ME! The Levitt AMP Bath Waterfront Music Series (the new name for our Summer Waterfront Concerts) is presented in partnership by the Chocolate Church Arts Center, Main Street Bath, and City of Bath. The majority of musical artists are booked by the Chocolate Church Arts Center, a year-round nonprofit performing arts venue at 804 Washington Street.
The Levitt AMP Bath Waterfront Music Series is supported in part by the Levitt Family Foundation, which partners with changemakers and nonprofits to strengthen the social fabric of communities in America through free, live music in outdoor public spaces. Presenting high-caliber talent and a broad array of music genres and cultural programming, Levitt concerts are welcoming, inclusive destinations where people of all ages and backgrounds come together. In 2026, the Levitt Family Foundation is supporting over 900 free concerts in 90+ towns and cities across the country, bringing joy to over a million people.
In addition to supporting free concerts, the Foundation is dedicated to advancing vibrant music ecosystems through partnerships, field-building initiatives, and research. More at levitt.org.
